As the first point of contact at the firm, Hailey Molina provides a welcoming and professional experience for our clients. She helps clients feel valued and comfortable while managing appointments and inquiries to connect them with the resources they need.

Hailey brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating positive client experiences. She has a background in healthcare training, which further strengthens her ability to remain calm under pressure and provide dependable support to both clients and team members alike.

Outside of work, Hailey enjoys watching soccer, fishing with her loved ones, and staying active in her church community. She has a strong passion for giving back, especially for those experiencing homelessness. Family is a big part of Hailey’s life, and she enjoys spending time with her mother, Priscilla, and her grandparents, Sonya and Jose Carlos.
