Head of People & Organization

Tara Egan serves as the Head of People & Organization for Quotient Wealth Partners. Tara has 14 years of experience in financial services and 7 years of experience in the wealth management space, and her primary role at Quotient is to oversee and design people processes as well as to serve as the point of contact for employees and leaders on employee-related items.

Prior to her role with Quotient Wealth Partners, Tara held various positions within the financial services industry, such as CHRO and SVP, Head of People & Organization at different advisory firms. She holds a Bachelor of Science with a Human Resources Emphasis from Missouri State University, and has earned an MBA from East Texas, A&M University.

Outside the office, Tara is actively involved in the Midlothian High School Baseball Booster and currently serves as the Treasurer for the Board.

Tara is a “Fire Wife” – her husband is a firefighter/paramedic and state search and rescue taskforce. She is also a proud baseball mom, and you can find her most weekends cheering on her sons and traveling to watch them play. Tara’s family includes her husband Tom, two sons Tyson and Brayden, daughter Livie, and nephew Remington.
