Wayne Butterfield is the Chief AI Officer at Quotient Wealth Partners, where he leads the firm’s AI strategy and helps translate emerging technology into better outcomes for clients, advisors, and the business.
Leveraging over 15 years of expertise in enterprise automation and AI, Wayne was a pioneer in Robotic Process Automation, building one of the first enterprise-scale RPA operations at Telefónica UK in 2010 and later advised global organizations on AI adoption as Partner at ISG. Most recently he’s a Partner and Global Lead for AI Transformation, where he advised some of the world’s largest organizations on how to deploy AI responsibly and at scale, focusing on customer experience, conversational AI, and more recently, agentic AI.
A frequent speaker, author, and industry voice, Wayne writes regularly on the future of work, the practical realities of AI adoption, and the impact of automation on jobs and operating models. Wayne is based in Tampa, Florida, where he lives with his partner and puppy. Outside of work, he continues to play soccer on a regular basis, and enjoys travelling between the U.S. and Europe for work and family.
